Seeking beneficial Ilm
On the authority of AbduLLAH ibn Umar (رضي الله عنه), who said:
The Messenger of Allah
(صلى الله عليه وسلم) took me by the shoulder and said, “Be in this world as though you were a stranger or a wayfarer.”

And Ibn Umar
(رضي الله عنه) used to say, “In the evening do not expect [to live until] the morning, and in the morning do not expect [to live until] the evening. Take [advantage of] your health before times of sickness, and [take advantage of] your life before your death.”
[Al-Bukhari]

We are already seeing right before our eyes what is happening due to the ghaflah of so many people in the world. We are seeing the result of so many people inventing their own way of life and doing “whatever they feel” instead of following the final Book (‘Qur’aan) that Allah sent to the entire mankind.
We need to seek beneficial Ilm. We need to focus on doing saalih aamaal.
We *need* to try to become better people,
إن شاء الله
No more procrastinating.
No more making up false excuses.
Do you want to procrastinate in trying to help if you see someone drowning right in front of you ?
A lot of people are drowning metaphorically. They are drowning in depression due to being away from the Dhikr of Allah. We need to try to help in whatever way we are able to,
إن شاء الله
We may not be able help other people if we don’t take care of ourselves first.
You can’t pour from an empty jug. Take care of yourself first.
