BROTHERHOOD
إِنَّمَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ إِخْوَةٌ فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَ أَخَوَيْكُمْ ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ
(Qur’an 9:10)
وعن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "المسلم أخو المسلم لا يظلمه ولا يسلمه. من كان في حاجة أخيه كان الله في حاجته، ومن فرج عن مسلم كربة فرج الله عنه بها كربة من كرب يوم القيامة، ومن ستر مسلمًا ستره الله يوم القيامة"

reported:
Messenger of Allah
( صلى الله عليه وسلم )
said, "A Muslim is a brother of (another) Muslim, he neither wrongs him nor does hand him over to one who does him wrong. If anyone fulfills his brother's needs, Allah will fulfill his needs; if one relieves a Muslim of his troubles, Allah will relieve his troubles on the Day of Resurrection; and if anyone covers up a Muslim (his sins), Allah will cover him up (his sins) on the Resurrection Day".

Sadly a lot of people think that if they try to help someone then they are wasting their time. When someone’s belief in Allah is very strong, they know very well that Allah appreciates every good deed that a Muslim does.
It has been narrated on the authority of Anasu bnu Malik رضي اللهُ عنه who said: When the Muhajiroon migrated from Makkah to Madeenah; they came (in a state that) they had not anything (i. e. money) in their hands, while the Ansaar possessed lands and date palms. They divided their properties with the Muhajireen. The Ansaar divided and gave them on the condition that they would give half the fruit from the orchards every year, and the Muhajiroon would recompense them by working with them and putting in labour. .............(continues)

This is an example of brotherhood. One shouldn’t hate or discriminate against anyone just because they don’t belong to one’s place or they are not the same height as oneself or not the same color as oneself.
